Ordering and Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed by 2pm Pacific on a business day usually ship the same day from Bellingham, Washington. Everything else goes out the next business day. Most US orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS, and US orders over $50 ship free. You get a tracking number the moment the label prints.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, and you do not have to ask for it. 5% off at 5 units, 10% at 10, 15% at 25, applied automatically at checkout. For case quantities of a few hundred or more, email joshua@kraftandkitchen.com and we will quote it directly.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada and Mexico via USPS, with rates calculated at checkout. Other international destinations aren't available yet.

Products

What is the difference between PTFE and FEP?

Both are fluoropolymer films that are heat-resistant, chemically inert, and nonstick. PTFE is opaque and is the usual pick for heat transfer and cooking work. FEP is crystal clear, so it wins whenever you need to see through the material. The full comparison is in our PTFE vs Parchment vs FEP guide.

Are your glass jars food-safe?

Yes. All our glass jars are food-grade and safe for storing food, spices, and pantry goods. The child-resistant lids meet the standard CR testing requirements for jars in this size range.

What sizes do your silicone pads come in?

From small 2-inch squares to large table-sized mats. The Silicone Pads and Trivets collection lists every size.

Can I use parchment paper in the oven?

Yes. Our silicone-coated parchment is rated to about 425F (218C) and safe for oven use. It also works for heat press and craft applications.

Custom Printing

What is the minimum order for custom printing?

Minimums vary by product, but runs generally start around 50 to 100 units depending on the item. Email us with what you have in mind and we will quote it.

What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) print best. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or better also works. If your artwork needs prep, we can help.

How long does custom printing take?

Typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. If you are on a deadline, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Returns and Support

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, and that includes items bought with the automatic bulk discount. Unopened goods get a full refund. For opened consumable items like release paper, reach out anyway; we would rather make it right than argue. Custom printed items are non-returnable unless there is a defect. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Send a photo to joshua@kraftandkitchen.com or call (360) 770-0902. We refund or replace damaged items and cover the return shipping.
