Q: What is the difference between PTFE and FEP?
A: Both are fluoropolymer films with excellent nonstick properties. PTFE (Teflon) is opaque and commonly used for heat transfer and cooking applications. FEP is crystal clear and often preferred when visibility is important. Both are heat-resistant and chemically inert.
Q: Are your glass jars food-safe?
A: Yes, all our glass jars are made from food-grade glass and are safe for storing food, herbs, and other consumables. The child-resistant lids meet CPSC certification requirements.

Q: What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
A: We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for best print quality. High-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI minimum) are also accepted. Our team can help prepare your artwork if needed.

Q: What is your return policy?
