Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. No restocking fee, and yes, that includes orders that got the automatic bulk discount.

 

To start a return, email info@kraftandkitchen.com or call 360-770-0902 with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions the same business day. Once your package arrives back at our Bellingham, Washington warehouse, your refund goes to your original payment method within 3 business days.

 

Unopened goods get a full refund. If a product arrived damaged or defective, send us a photo and we will refund or replace it and cover the return shipping. For opened consumable items like release paper, reach out anyway. We would rather make it right than argue.
