30-day returns, no interrogation

If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. No restocking fee. That includes items you bought with the automatic bulk discount, so a discounted 25-pack is just as returnable as a single jar.

How it works

Email info@kraftandkitchen.com or call 360-770-0902 with your order number. We send you a return address and instructions the same business day. Once the package arrives back in Bellingham, your refund goes to your original payment method within 3 business days.

The fine print, kept short

Unopened goods get a full refund. If a product arrived damaged or defective, we refund or replace it and cover the return shipping too, just send us a photo. For opened consumable items like release paper, reach out anyway. We would rather make it right than argue.
