Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific. Orders placed by 2pm PT ship the same business day.
Returns
30-day return window on unopened goods. No restocking fee. If something arrived damaged, send a photo to the email above and we'll ship a replacement — no return required.
Bulk orders
Buying 25+ of any product? The 15% bulk discount applies automatically at checkout. For runs over a few hundred units, or for custom-printed boxes and jars, email joshua@kraftandkitchen.com with what you need.
