Frequently Asked Questions
For the oven and the counter
The wraps, liners, and small storage that actually do the job. Foil-backed parchment for cookies, biscuits, rolls. Glass jars that match across sizes for the spice drawer. Silicone pads that do not curl under a hot pan. None of this is exciting on a Tuesday. All of it is the difference between a calm kitchen and a fight with one.

Common questions
Is the foil-backed parchment food-safe?
Yes. The parchment side faces the food. The foil is a sealed backing, not in contact with anything you are baking. It is food-grade aluminum, the same standard as a baking foil roll.
Can I reuse the parchment?
For dry baking (cookies, biscuits, rolls), yes, often three or four batches before it loses release. For greasy bakes, one batch is the realistic limit.
What is the most-overlooked kitchen jar?
The 7ml screw-top. It is the right size for a vanilla bean, a single batch of saffron, or a half-ounce of cardamom pods. The spice drawer suddenly makes sense.
