Frequently Asked Questions
Everything a press cycle touches
PTFE on top, silicone underneath, release paper for the transfer, foil-backed parchment for cool-down. If you run a press for HTV, sublimation, or sticker work, these four come up every session.

Common questions
What is the minimum kit for HTV?
A 5 mil PTFE sheet, a silicone pad for the lower platen, and the transfer itself. That is it. We sell each separately so you do not pay for a starter bundle when you only need one piece.
Can I press over a previous transfer?
Yes if it is fully cured. Cover the previous transfer with PTFE during the second press so it does not lift. Most premature failures come from skipping the PTFE on layered work.
How do I clean the PTFE sheet?
Wipe it with a damp cloth, dry, store flat. Do not wash it in a sink with detergent (residue can transfer to your next pull). PTFE is naturally nonstick, so most cleaning is just removing fuzz.
