Common questions
Is release paper the same as parchment?
No. Parchment is what you put a cookie on. Release paper is a thinner, smoother, more aggressively nonstick sheet, used in crafts where you need a clean peel: diamond painting canvases, sticker production, resin curing. Our release paper is glassine, silicone-coated, and food-safe.
What is foil-backed parchment for?
Cookies, biscuits, rolls, and anything you want lifting off cleanly. The foil layer reflects bottom heat so the underside does not over-brown. One sheet holds a full batch.
Will the silicone coating come off?
No. The silicone is bonded to the glassine, not laminated. It survives repeated heat cycles and stays where it is.
