Common questions

What size release paper fits my canvas?

Standard canvases ship with their own release sheet, but it tears. Our replacement comes in 8.5x11 and legal-size (8.5x14). For canvases under 30cm, the 8.5x11 covers most of the canvas. For larger work, the legal-size cuts down with less waste.

What makes the point-drill pen luminous?

It has a small LED at the tip. In dim rooms or evenings, the light illuminates the next bead position. Battery-operated, holds wax tips, threads the standard interchangeable heads.

Why does the cheap release paper tear?

Thin glassine with no real silicone coating. It rips along the edge when you pull, especially in humidity. Our paper is thicker glassine with bonded silicone, and the peel is a single pull.
