How we ship

Every order ships from our warehouse in Bellingham, Washington. Orders placed by 2pm Pacific on a business day usually leave the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.

Rates and timing

US orders over $50 ship free. Under $50, you see the exact rate at checkout before you pay, calculated by weight and destination. Most US orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.

Bulk and case orders

Case quantities sometimes ship in multiple boxes. If your order needs freight or special handling, we email you before anything moves so there are no surprises.
