Common questions
Does this apply to mixed orders?
Yes. Everything in this collection counts toward the same tier, so five packs of 5ml jars and five packs of 9ml jars make ten units and get 10% off. Bigger combined orders should email us. We usually can do better than the ladder for hundred-plus runs.
Do you have a trade or reseller program?
Not a formal one. The bulk ladder usually beats what a paperwork-heavy account program would get you. For case quantities of 500 or more, email us directly.
Can I lock in a recurring order?
Yes. Email Joshua at the address on the contact page with what you need and how often. We can ship on a calendar and bill on standard net terms after the first invoice clears.
