Common questions
Does this apply to mixed orders?
The discount applies per product line. Five 5ml jars and five 7ml jars (ten total, but five of each) both clear the 5% tier separately. Bigger combined orders should email us. We usually can do better than the ladder for hundred-plus runs.
Do you have a trade or reseller program?
Not a formal one. The bulk ladder usually beats what a paperwork-heavy account program would get you. For case quantities of 500 or more, email us directly.
Can I lock in a recurring order?
Yes. Email Joshua at the address on the contact page with what you need and how often. We can ship on a calendar and bill on standard net terms after the first invoice clears.
