Common questions

Best work surface for table-top resin pours?

Platinum silicone pad on a flat surface, with a PTFE sheet for the immediate pour zone. The silicone insulates the table. The PTFE gives the cleanest release. Combined, a single setup lasts dozens of pours.

Can I store mixed epoxy?

Mixed epoxy starts curing the moment Part A meets Part B. Storage is not the right word. If you have leftover, you can refrigerate it for an hour or two to slow the cure if you are going right back to it, but it is not a multi-day item.

Are the glass syringes reusable?

Yes. Borosilicate is chemical-resistant. Rinse with isopropyl alcohol or acetone (your resin manufacturer will recommend one), dry, store. Most syringes last years.
