Two nonstick silicone mats with printed circle guides. Macarons come off clean, and so does everything else.
A pair of food-safe silicone mats that replace parchment on the sheet pan. The printed circles keep macaron shells the same size; the nonstick surface means the bottoms stay on the cookie, not the mat. Use the second one on the other rack, or keep it on the craft bench.
Why two
Macarons bake in batches. With two mats you pipe the second tray while the first is in the oven, and you never wait on a wash. If you are not baking, the second mat is a clean, wipeable surface for resin, glue, and paint.

Common questions
Do I still need parchment?
Not for most baking. The mat does the same job and does not tear. Keep parchment for lining loaf pans and for wrapping.
Will it fit my sheet pan?
It is sized for a standard half-sheet pan. If your pan is smaller, the mat lies flat on the counter and can be trimmed with scissors.
Will it stain?
Strong pigments can leave a mark. Most wash out; a paste of baking soda and water lifts the rest. The silicone itself is not harmed.
Is it the same as the platinum pads?
No. Our platinum-cured pads are thicker and rated for heavier heat-press use. These are baking mats first. They cover the same crafting jobs at lighter duty while the platinum pads are out of stock.
